My husband and I had the most incredible experience at the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa spa. We enjoyed a 90 minute massage with Karina and Miyaki and it was absolute bliss from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, and both therapists were so professional, attentive and intuitive. They knew exactly how to melt away every bit of tension. We walked in feeling stressed and left completely relaxed, refreshed and floating. Easily one of the best massage experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the ultimate relaxation experience. 🩷 🧖‍♀️

Amazing spa experience! A lovely selection of teas was offered both before and after the treatment. The rooms were filled with soothing aromatic scents and calming music, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Marina, the therapist, was highly professional and exceptionally skilled. I would highly recommend a visit.

Spa journey for 2 was indeed a journey! Approximately 2 hours in duration, everything was so luxurious and relaxing. They start you off with a welcome drink, shot of delightful floral/citrus drink, introduce you to the locker room that has dry and steam shower/sauna, quick feet wash and then take you into a couples massage room, and start you off with a body scrub and couples bath/shower and then hour of amazing massage. Bath was very interesting, you get to bath together for about 30 mins before the massage. Afterwards, you can relax and lounge with tea or champagne, hop onto sauna before exiting, all at your pace. It was one of the highlights of our stay at the Jw.

My husband and I booked the Spa Journey For Two for our honeymoon and it was an absolute delight. We were greeted by friendly staff who were very professional in explaining the process since we were new to spa treatments. Shown to each of our change rooms we were given a tour of the extra facilities available including a hot coal sauna and an 'experience shower' which was a combination monsoon shower and steam room with temperature controls. Personal lockers were assigned to us containing big soft robes and slippers, then it was out to the serene mindful lounge to await our experience. Starting with a foot scrub and some gentle probing questions to establish our preferences for our spa treatments we were immediately at ease with the calming nature of Kristie and Asaki. Then we spent the next two hours in deep relaxation in stunning facilities. When our treatment concluded we were offered green tea and a lovely special treat as a congratulations for our new marriage which we were so grateful for. We didn't feel rushed to leave, we stayed a little while and enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms because we just wanted to stay in such serenity. I absolutely recommend this spa and we will return for more treatments in the future.

Dear Stacey and Asako, On Tuesday I come to have one of the best experiences I have ever had in a luxury day spa. I was greeted by Stacey with a loving energy and beautiful smile, Stacey made me feel welcomed. The service Stacey gave me was impeccable I could not fault. Every session I finished Stacey was there to guide me on to my next journey for my day that my amazing husband Dave surprised me for our Anniversary. I then got taken into my very own spa suite and the bath experience was next level luxurious and I felt like a queen. Next stop was meeting Asako my amazing wonderful nurturing masseuse and facial expert. Asako made me feel comfortable and made me feel so relaxed and did one amazing job on me as it’s been not a good health year for me and my husband. I was left feeling loved and got warm hugs afterwards. Thank you Asako. I then was greeted by Stacey’s smiley face to go on to my next indulge. The food was amazing, drinks and atmosphere and I just want to thank you for the bottom of my heart. I’ve been to many many day spas but this one is my number one and I will be back to see you both very soon.
